I enjoyed Blankets immensely. It is thought provoking and you can't help but feel the same things Craig felt as a boy and young man.You experience the conflicting emotions surrounding his religion and sexuality along with him. All I can say is that this, was breathtaking.
The only thing I have to say negatively is about the ending. Although beautiful and wrapping it up nicely, I found it slightly anti-climactic. I guess I was hoping for a slightly happier ending and wanting him to get the girl.
All in all, it's one of the best graphic novels I've read, I can recommend for sure and give this 4 stars.
